For our first cooked at home meal of the new year we had grilled pork chops with a dry rub of cracked pepper, kosher salt, paprika and chopped fresh rosemary.  We paired the chops with sautéed granny smith apples with a rosemary simple syrup reduction, stuffin’ muffins (cornbread stuffing with onion, red bell pepper, fresh sage and whole black pepper corns, and green beans.
