We had an old standby for dinner tonight. Grilled center-cut pork chops with a dry rub of salt, cracked pepper, fresh and dried rosemary.  I paired the chops with honey crisp apples sautéed in butter and olive oil with a reduction of rosemary simple syrup and the juice of a lemon.  The chops were paired with steamed broccoli and mashed sweet potatoes.
