Had a great brunch with Marcia Warren, Shirley, Nicole & Jay Lecher at Southern Pancake & Waffle House in Williamsburg, VA. Southern had a daily special of fried catfish, eggs, sautéed apples and a biscuit. Marcia had a Greek omelette and we shared a short stack of blueberry pancakes. An awesome meal – four hours later I’m still not ready to eat anything else.
