We had an enjoyable meal of medium rare rack of lamb encrusted with fresh garlic, rosemary, cracked pepper & sea salt served with sautéed Brussels sprouts in a soy sauce and brown sugar reduction and cornbread stuffin muffins. Dessert was a homemade apple pie with a mix of Granny Smith and Macintosh apples.
